(U.S., 1940/2015) Directors: James Algar, Samuel Armstrong, Norman Ferguson, and more. Written by: Lee Blair, Elmer Plummer, Phil Dike, and more. With: Leopold Stokowski and the Philadelphia Orchestra, Yannick Nezet-Seguin, and Mickey Mouse

Starting November 8, select theaters across the country will screen the 75th Anniversary restoration of Fantasia – Walt Disney’s dream of animation and classical music! We invite you to choose Cinestudio’s cutting edge sound & picture to experience this explosion of, movement, music, color, and imagination on the big screen. Some of the stand-outs are the birth of our planet set to Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring, Mickey Mouse hilarious turn in The Sorcerer’s Apprentice; and a celebration of Greek mythological deities set to the Beethovenís Pastoral Symphony. An unabashed joy for families, hand-drawn animation fans, and anyone seeking a unique (and psychedelic) movie for the ages!

“Fantasia” is still glorious. Better than ever, to my eyes…Fantasia persists. It is icon, uplift, art of the future, nostalgia, psychedelic journey, Americana, technological triumph, classic. – Henry Allen, Washington Post.
