(UK, 2015) Written and directed by Mark Burton and Richard Starzak. With the voices of: Justin Fletcher, Omid Djalili, Richard Webber and Kate Harbour.

From Aardmore Studios, which introduced Wallace and Gromit to the world, comes a new stop-motion animated feature with whimsical & hilarious puppetry! Shaun (the sheep) is a mischievous scamp who is tired of farm life and dreads being shorn. He organizes a rebellion which (oops!) puts The Farmer in hospital in the big city. Shaun, his fellow fluffy ruminants, and The Farmerís dog, put on human clothes and set off on a rescue mission. But stuff happens, and the now-amnesiac farmer has transformed into a successful hair stylist… Shaun the Sheep is even more remarkable for telling its story entirely through the animals’ sounds and facial expressions, without a single (human) word. 85 min.

“Come back to the big city – and the big screen – anytime, Shaun!” Moira MacDonald, Seattle Times.
